La Petite Ourse is available for medium-term rentals:

From September to June

Monthly rent from October to May:

3500€/month + 600€ of charges

Monthly rent in September & June:

4500€ + 600€ of charges

3 months minimum

During medium-term rentals, a cat lives in the house and the tenants are responsible for feeding and cuddling her (no litter). She is a very cute little cat, sweet, independent and sociable.
